New Athletic Registration Instructions

Welcome to the 2024 - 2025 athletic season.  BPS and Groves have launched a new athletic registration system through FinalForms.  

Athletic registration will now include two steps.

Step 1 – Registration (Now Open)

Step one is the submission of all information and uploading of your pre-participation physical exam. Athletic physicals must be dated after April 15, 2024 to be valid.  

The majority of this information must be submitted by a parent or guardian (not the student). This registration is available now (link below).  Parents need to complete the parent portion of the registration first. After the parent portion is complete, the athlete will receive an email from Final Forms with a link. At that time they need to sign in and finish the athlete's portion.

After a physical is uploaded, it will show that it is expired. This is OK. The physical needs to be approved by the Athletic staff in order for it to be "current".

Athletes may not tryout or practice with any team until this step is completed.

Step 2 – Payment 

Payment of the appropriate Pay to Participate fee is the second step.  The window for payment will not open until team rosters have been established.  The window will open the week after tryouts have occurred. Pay to Participate fees are not included in any booster dues you may pay.

We do not want an athlete to miss out on the opportunity to participate in athletics because of financial difficulties. If your family requires financial assistance, please email Mr. Gauthier, AD, at rgauthier@birmingham.mi.us.

This process will take a little longer than the previous one, however it is fully compliant with all of the updated eligibility requirements for athletic participation.

HOW TO CREATE AN ICON SHORTCUT ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE
iOS Instructions:

1. Open Safari as the browser.
2. Go to your school’s FinalForms website. 
3. Enter your username and password.
4. Click the ARROW icon at the top or bottom of the screen and select ADD TO HOME
SCREEN.
 

ANDROID Instructions:
1. Open any browser.
2. Go to FinalForms. (i.e. https://trigg-ky.finalforms.com/ )
3. Enter your username and password.
4. Click the 3 DOTS ICON a at the top or bottom of the screen and select ADD TO HOME
SCREEN.
